It is important that you evaluate your needs and spend what you need to spend on the software. Some software is suitable for larger companies, though you might buy it if you anticiapte growth.

Whatever software you choose, keep in mind that this level of functionality will be extremely profitable for your business. The software will be fun to use and raise productivity. Functional computers are always better for productivity. You certainly will not regret integrating help desk software into your company.
