Those core guidelines in applying the framework and mandatorily used at all of the projects. That is why it is wise in making those into real.

That is because that both roles are very far different in the respective approaches and responsibilities. It is not good comparing, but some things just need it in order to know what is the best and what is not because it will be unfair for the customer if it would be done half effort.

They would be skilled at software developing and in product managing. They could be the experts in scrum and having the extensive experience coaching, teaching, leading and applying it. That have been the servant leaders in organizational level. They would be active at software development and local agile communities, the broader agile and movements the better because everyone need someone to handle the teamwork and necessary steps in getting better for oneself.
